Glow Sticks!

In these photos we were in the back of the stage to get as dark as possible. We used bulb and turned off the flash to get these photos. I love that even though it is dark you can still see the glow stick and Clara's face on the third one. I also really like the attempt Clara and Eli made to spell my name with the glow sticks.

This photo was one of the posing in fron of the  to take. We had to make the shutter speed fast and use tripod to take the photo.

This is the beautiful Suwaiba posing in front of the white light when we were working with the studio lights.

        Action and Framing
In these photos I am trying to capture framing and action. I was hoping to get the movements in front of the doors so they may be framed by the door frame. I wish, now that I've seen them that I got closer to the shot so the walls would not be in photo.

This photo is for an assignment that had to featuring an adult and line of sight. I was able to capture the varsity baseball coach in the team uniform on the track field.

With the help of Eli i was able to capture this photo of framing. In the photo the boy is reclining on the football dummy while the bars (that are meant to stay on the floor) are leaning and framing him.

This is my attempt to incorporate symmetry and the sky. I think I would have gotten assignment so much better if lied more on the floor to just capture the bars.

School Spirit

This photo is an example of school Spirit. I took it on senior day where the Varsity girls would have their last home game. F-stop of 10. Shutter speed of 1/400.  ISO of 100.

                                             Spring

This photograph was taken in front of the lobby at Curtis. I think beautiful color and growth represent spring and warmer temperature.  F-stop of 5. Shutter speed of 1/60. And ISO of 500.

                                    Action & Motion

This photo shows a person in motion very well. Though it seems like her hair has more movement than her. I also really like how the ball is still in the air when the photo was captured. F-stop of 9. Shutter speed of 1/320. ISO of 100.

Emotion

In this photo the magnificent Clara is showing emotion. But don't be fooled she is not upset just annoyed. F-stop of 8.  Shutter speed of 1/250. And ISO of 100.

                                      Macro Lens

This photo was taken with a Macro lens. I really love that my new keys look really old and how you can clearly see the marks and scratches on it. The color of the gold key is fantablous. F-stop of 10. Shutter speed of 1/1250. And ISO of 1600.

                                          Light Box

I think the light box was the hardest for me to do. I did not know where to put the lights, what ISO to put it in , and how fast the shutter should be. I think this photo would have looked better if there was a bit more light. F-stop of 10. Shutter speed of 1/1250.  And ISO of 1600.

Shutter Speed/ f-stop

This photo was taken with a fast shutter speed of 1/4000 and an f-stop of 18.0. with such a fast shutter speed the camera did not take in light making this photo extremely dark.

This photo was taken with a neutral shutter speed of 1/80 and an f-stop of 8.0. The shutter was not to slow that it captured a lot of light. But this photo still came out on the pale side.
This photo was taken with a pretty fast shutter speed of 1/4000 and an f-stop of 5.0.  The shutter was pretty fast so the camera didn't catch that much light making this a pretty dark photo.
This photo, yes this is a photo, was take with the slowest possible shutter speed in the world. As I pressed the button to take the shot I had to stand still for at least a minuet till the shutter opened again. The shutter speed is 1/4 and an f-stop of 5.3.
